Cut & sewn
The part of the process that decides whether a jean survives three years or one — and the reason a Revaroh 32 is the same 32 every time.
Cutting
Fabric is laid, marked and cut to pattern. Cutting accuracy is invisible on a product page and obvious the moment you put a pair on: it is what makes one size 32 identical to the next, and what stops a leg twisting after a wash.
Sewing
Panels are assembled on a line. Stitch density, thread type and seam construction are what separate a jean that holds from one that opens at the crotch after a season. The same team sews every Revaroh style, which is why the fits do not drift between batches.
