Cash on delivery: Yes — cash on delivery is available nationwide.
International: Yes — we ship internationally.
Exchanges and returns
These are the terms Revaroh publishes today.
- Condition: Unworn, with the original tags still attached
- Return shipping: Outside Karachi, return shipping on an exchange is paid by the customer
- Refunds: Cash refunds are not offered. A refund applies where an item is found to be defective at our own quality check
- Cancelling an order: An order can be cancelled at any time before it has been processed
- If we cancel: We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if the item fails our quality check
- How to start an exchange: Send us a message with your order number through the contact page and we will arrange it.
The exchange window
Awaiting approval — one decision. Revaroh currently allows an exchange request within 24 hours from delivery. We have recommended moving to 7 days from receiving your order, which is also what the approved design advertises in its announcement strip. In a market where roughly 95% of orders are cash on delivery, twenty-four hours is short enough to cost first-time customers. This is a business decision, not a design one.
Getting the size right first time
The cheapest exchange is the one that never happens. Use the size and fit guide before you order — measuring a pair you already own takes two minutes.
